Rachel De Rose
Rachel De Rose joined Feldman Jackson in 2019 as an associate. She focuses her practice on the negotiation, mediation and litigation of family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Rachel concentrates on cases involving a range of complex family law issues such as divorce, distribution of assets, business valuation, alimony, child custody, child support, and relocation.
Rachel understands that family law matters can be stressful, confusing, and emotionally taxing for all parties involved. For those reasons, she has devoted herself to thoughtfully guiding her clients through the complexities of the legal process. Rachel believes that communicating with her clients on a regular basis is vital to discover and assess any goals and interests they may have as their case progresses.
Rachel strives to handle each case with compassion, veracity, and diligence. Although she aspires to resolve family law disputes amicably, Rachel is also a capable and resourceful litigator. In the Spring of 2022, Rachel completed a week-long intensive litigation skills course in Houston known as the National Family Law Trial Institute Kolodny Courtroom Skills Course. This continuing legal education course afforded Rachel with the opportunity to work with some of the most distinguished family law litigators, judges, and forensic experts in the country. Through this program, Rachel enhanced her skills in every aspect of litigation and cultivated effective techniques to use when trying various types of family law cases, including those that involve experts in child custody and business valuation.
