Rachel De Rose joined Feldman Jackson as a law clerk in 2019. Rachel has an extensive background in education, which has given her exposure to working with families of all shapes and sizes.
Rachel started her law school career with a concentration in family law when she became a Fellow for the Schiller DuCanto & Fleck Family Law Fellowship Program, which provided her with valuable opportunities to learn from top-ranked family law attorneys. Rachel also spent time volunteering at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic as a student intern, where she assisted in providing legal services to victims of domestic violence.
For much of her time as a law student, Rachel was a clerk at a well-respected family law firm in Chicago. During that time, Rachel received a prestigious award from the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) for being the top student in her Legal Analysis, Research and Communication III course based on her prowess in both drafting legal documents and in executing oral arguments.
In addition to earning her Juris Doctor degree in 2019, Rachel also procured a Family Law Certificate based on her educational excellence in family law courses, including: Mediation, Negotiation, Family Law, Financial Aspects of Divorce, Estate Planning and Legal Drafting for Family Law.
