Magdalena D’Aiuto joined Feldman Jackson in 2022 as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joan E. Ryon, the Judge in Charge of the Family Division at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

During law school, Magdalena interned with the Honorable Steven M. Wellner at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She then interned with the Domestic Violence Legal Empowerment and Appeals Project, where she learned from highly skilled appellate attorneys who handled appeals of custody decisions that involved domestic violence. She became interested in family law through these experiences.

Magdalena’s interest in family law is rooted in her desire to support clients through one of the most challenging times of their lives. She approaches her work with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to finding the best outcomes for clients.

Magdalena graduated with her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida in 2017. In 2020, Magdalena graduated cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In her spare time, Magdalena loves to read, attend live theater performances, and search for the best bagels in the DMV.
