Ethan Swierczewski
Ethan Swierczewski joined Feldman Jackson as an associate in 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Ethan exclusively practiced family law at another local law firm, where he provided comprehensive legal representation in all aspects of family law, including property division, custody disputes, and support matters. Prior to entering private practice, he served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable John M. Maloney of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, who was on the family case rotation at the time.
Ethan’s background as a judicial law clerk gives him unique insight into the litigation process. This allows him to provide his clients with a better understanding of their circumstances so they can make informed decisions. Ethan predicates his practice on early, thorough preparation in every case, recognizing that a clear understanding of his clients’ position and goals from the outset often opens the door to a negotiated settlement and can prevent costly, protracted litigation. He is a firm believer in detailed case management and clear communication with his clients.
During law school, Ethan was a member of the Catholic University Journal of Law and Technology, where he served as the Managing Note and Comment Editor for the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 editions. Prior to his position on the leadership committee, Ethan’s comment Passcodes, Protection, and Legal Practicality: The Necessity of a Digital Fifth Amendment was selected for publication in the Journal’s Fall 2022 Edition.
Outside of the office and the courtroom, Ethan enjoys jogging with his collie retriever and is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
