Nilsa Martinez joined Feldman Jackson bringing more than 25 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a local prominent family law firm. She plays a key role in supporting attorneys, paralegals, and staff by managing communications, coordinating schedules, handling administrative operations, and serving as one of our primary points of contact for clients.

Known for her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellent client service, Nilsa helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm while creating a welcoming experience for clients and visitors alike.

Currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in business administration, Nilsa is expanding her academic knowledge to complement her extensive practical experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, salsa dancing, and spending time with her family.
