Rachel De Rose

Rachel De Rose joined Feldman Jackson in 2019 as an associate attorney. She focuses her practice on the negotiation, mediation, and litigation of family law matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Rachel is also collaboratively trained and assists clients in reaching resolutions through the Collaborative Process.

Rachel has a breadth of experience in complex family law matters, including, asset distribution, business valuation, alimony, child custody, child support, relocation, post-judgment modification, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Rachel understands that family law matters often involve significant emotional and financial challenges and recognizes that every client's circumstances are unique. She works closely with each client to understand their goals, priorities, and circumstances, allowing her to develop practical legal strategies tailored to their needs and informed by her legal expertise and courtroom experience.
