Magdalena D'Aiuto's Profile Image

Magdalena D’Aiuto joined Feldman Jackson in 2022 as an associate. She represents clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia in a range of family law issues including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and property distribution. Magdalena is also trained as a court-appointed child counsel in Montgomery County and may serve as a Best Interest Attorney (BIA), Child Privilege Attorney, or Child Advocate.

Magdalena’s interest in family law is rooted in her desire to support clients through one of the most challenging times of their lives. She approaches her work with compassion and integrity, finding creative solutions to help families move forward.

Magdalena recognizes that not all family cases can be resolved out of court. In addition to being a skilled negotiator, she is a qualified and attentive litigator. She completed a week-long intensive litigation skills course known as the National Family Law Trial Institute Kolodny Courtroom Skills Course. During this course, she trained under some of the most distinguished family law litigators, judges, custody evaluators, and business valuation experts, significantly enhancing her litigation skills—particularly in cases involving custody evaluations and business valuations.

Prior to joining the firm, Magdalena was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joan E. Ryon, the former Judge in Charge of the Family Division at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. In her spare time, Magdalena loves reading, baking, and attending live theater performances.
